Diane is a seasoned leadership professional with varied experience in complex project and people management. A skilled trainer, presenter, coach, and mentor, Diane’s curiosity, love of learning, and community have helped her to develop a unique set of skills that all centre around people, belonging, and zest for life.
Achieving her Certified Fund Raising Executive certification in 2002, Diane has held senior fundraising positions at both the University of Waterloo, and Wilfrid Laurier University, and the London InterCommunity Health Centre. As the former CEO of Leadership Waterloo Region, she has delivered leadership training to hundred of people in our community.

Currently, Associate Vice President, Finance at Crawford and Company, overseeing all Canadian financial operations. Achieving his Chartered Accountancy designation in 2000, Todd started his career auditing not-for-profits. A varied career has brought him to senior positions in industry, with vast experience in treasury, audit, strategy, finance reporting, mentorship and board governance.

Bethan is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in the sector. Her expertise lies in marketing & communications, storytelling, brand building, event planning and administration.
She has facilitated sessions at the local and national level on the topics of social media and building effective presentations.
Bethan is a firm believer in Simon Sinek's philosophy of starting with "why" and applies this approach to her brand building work.

Fauzia Mazhar

Fauzia Mazhar has more than 18 years of experience in the local social profit sector, much of it in leadership and management. She holds a Master of Social Work degree with specialization in community, policy, planning, and organizations (CPPO), and a post graduate Leadership and Management Certificate from Wilfrid Laurier University. Fauzia has also completed Community Leadership Training by Leadership Waterloo Region.
Her work experience includes managing a neighbourhood-based community centre and a large-size service hub, as well as leading community collaborations and social change initiatives. Fauzia has worked at House of Friendship, The Working Centre, Kitchener Downtown Community Health Centre, and Family and Children’s Services of Waterloo Region.
